Solving the Problem of Illegal Immigration American Way...

There are generally two ways in solving problems one can exercise in this replete with problems time of battle with Terror. The most common, and widely accepted way is by quickly fixing one problem to trigger another one, and continue to resolve a new problem get into even a bigger trouble. Does that sound familiar? Ironically, some bureaucratic minds call that “learning from mistakes“, continue making new, and new bigger ones.
An opposite to the described above counter productive dealing with problems is a creative “American way”. The latter fundamentally differs from fixing deeply rooted problems on a surface, leading the Nation to slouching into abyss. “American way” is the way of solving problems by creating an open field of opportunities for all involved parties in a conflict. And the more opportunities are created the better solution to the problem is.

Illegal immigrants are in millions all lover the United States... For the last two decades illegal immigration in the United States has grown into an unmanageable National problem of a Biblical proportion. At this point no one really knows how many illegal immigrants are in the country! The numbers vary from a conservative official estimate of 11 million to unofficial number of more then 20 million. In reality, the total figure of illegal immigrants most likely is much greater than the official estimate.
Even at a time of peace the illegal immigration of a such gigantic scale is a perilous political, economic, social, and cultural development. At a time of total terrorist warfare and imminent threat of terrorist attacks with Weapons of Mass Destruction on the American soil, illegal immigration has become a matter of National security and literally threatening survival of the United States. Let’s not make mistake about that!
The truth of the matter is that millions of illegal immigrants, who have no assets and entirely depend on the well functioning U.S. National Economy may become deprived of every day taking advantage of it instantly in battle with Terror on the American soil at any point. Consequently, the huge crowd of hungry and distraught people illegally residing on the territory of the United States may turn into countless number of spontaneous groups of looters, robbers, attackers, and organized criminals fighting for food, water, energy supply, and the power to control most lavish territories.
This National chain reaction of horrors is not a Hollywood type movie production. It is a very real scenario of battle with Terror on the American soil. It only awaits a trigger of Weapons of Mass Destruction discharged by terrorists in one or more heavily populated areas of the country. This scenario is precisely what our enemies anticipate with a provoked “civil unrest" against the U.S. Government following a “spectacular” terrorist attack causing even temporarily malfunction of the U.S. National Economy.
One must be realistic in predictions of future battle with Terror on the American soil. In the most likely occur situation, the entire existing U.S. Law Enforcement, National Guards, and U.S. Military combined will not be able to control millions of up in arms illegal immigrants. In other words, the only solution to this grown out of any proportion problem is to provide steady legal economic opportunities for illegal immigrants already residing on the territory of the United States without rewarding them for braking the U.S. Law.
Technically speaking, it could be done by making the Initial Call for Mobilization of the Nation in battle with Terror on the American soil.

As an integral part of the Initial Call, the U.S. Government - the Congress and the President - need to legally establish a well regulated U.S. anti-terrorist Labor Force necessary for building modern fortifications to protect the United States from terrorist attacks and sustaining the U.S. National Economy at the time of the War on Terror.
Participating in the U.S. anti-terrorist Labor Force must be a mandatory for all immigrants illegally residing in the country. It should be established under auspices of and military control by Army Corps of Engineers. Dodging to participate in the Labor Force must become legal grounds for deportation from the United States with no rights to return. On the contrary, creative contributions and hard work should be generously rewarded and eventually - in 5 years - lead to a permanent residency in the United States.
The U.S. ant-terrorist Labor Force needs to be provided with equal and steady economic opportunities to participate in all anti-terrorist National Projects. The most urgent of them are related to building all sorts of modern fortifications in order to secure U.S. Borders and protect populations of American cities, towns, and villages against imminent terrorist attacks in the future, turning the United States into anti-terrorist Country-Citadel. There is no doubt, that turning millions illegal immigrants from a potentially violent unruly crowd into creative well regulated U.S. anti-terrorist Labor Force is not an easy, yet the most vital strategic tasks in battle with Terror on the American soil.
