On August of 2006 President Bush made a remarkable public statement: “the war we fight today is more then a military conflict, it is a decisive ideological struggle of the 21st century“. For the first time, it sounded like a strategic breakthrough in battle with Terror. It demonstrated that the Nation is on the right Historical Course, and the United States had a good chance “for this war will eng in the defeat of terrorists”.
I personally thanked President Bush for his extraordinary speech in my letter to him. I also mentioned on my letter that “a decisive ideological struggle of the 21st century“ requires a totally new approach to the Global War on Terror Strategy. The latter needs to incorporate anti-terrorist Ideology, as an integral part of battle. In other words, U.S. anti-terrorist Ideology must become an effective Instrument of modern terrorist warfare.
In my letter to President Bush I pointed out to a challenging problem of a current lack of U.S. professional anti-terrorist Ideological Forces and effective anti-terrorist Ideological Instruments necessary for combating ideologically motivated enemy. Consequently, U.S. anti-terrorist Ideological Doctrine and Nation’s Historic Mission are not clearly enough articulated to a general public neither domestically, nor abroad. Here is a quote from the letter:
“It is unrealistic to successfully conduct “ideological struggle” in terrorist warfare without an inclusive anti-terrorist Ideological Education on all levels and mighty anti-terrorist Ideological Propaganda Machine* combining mass media, press, book publishing, Internet, and etc. It is not viable, whatsoever, to win “ideological struggle” without ideologically charged "useful Arts“, including “useful” Performing Arts - drama, opera, ballet, music, motion pictures, TV shows, radio shows, and other basic Ideological Instruments.”
I specifically stress in my letter that the United States “do have a good chance “
for this war will eng in the defeat of terrorists”, as long as words and deeds are one“. Has anyone noticed any progress in the mentioned above vital areas of battle with Islamic gihadists, since? Let me know, please, because I have not.
With all my sincere and deep respect to a few lonely voices of Ideological Warriors of the Nation (

In contrast, I see a rapidly growing number of ideological attacks against combating Terrorism by the U.S. Congress (

I also observe the significant progress in Islamic Education and Islamic Ideological Training all over the world. (

Let me stress it again: the ideologically immature and therefore, ideologically susceptible to wrong ideologies Nation (

How much time does the Nation need to learn this obvious strategic advantage our enemy presently has making the Nation "morally paralyzed"? (

There is no doubt, that the United States is capable of successfully conducting a military part of battle with Islamic gihadists. Development of effective and superior U.S. anti-terrorist Ideological Instruments and Forces will take away our enemy's current strategic ideological advantage in battle. That is the only way “for this war will eng in the defeat of terrorists”.
